Growing up in Southwest Kansas, Brayleigh has been immersed in the world of rodeo and cattle from a young age. This deep-rooted connection to agriculture isn’t just a professional asset but a personal passion that drives her daily.

From Rodeo to Sales Excellence

Before joining our team, Brayleigh honed her sales skills at a Freightliner company, but the allure of the livestock industry captured her heart and led her to MJE LE. With her background in sales coupled with a lifelong involvement in livestock management, she brings a unique perspective to her role, understanding our customers’ business and lifestyle.

A Strategic Addition to MJE LE

Since starting with us, Brayleigh has already made significant strides in analyzing and enhancing our sales processes. She’s tackled Sales Analysis, a 90-day production schedule analysis, and conducted thorough product and price competitive analyses. Her efforts ensure that MJE LE stays ahead in a competitive market, providing the best value to our customers.

Building Relationships, Driving Sales

Brayleigh’s sales strategy goes beyond transactions; it’s about building lasting relationships. She believes in getting to know our customers personally, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our product lineup with genuine care and expertise. Her approach is proving invaluable in creating connections that lead to loyal customers.

Future Goals and Personal Passions

Looking ahead, Brayleigh is eager to represent MJE LE at trade shows and meet our dealers face-to-face. Her goals are not just about growing sales but also about expanding MJE LE’s presence and impact in the livestock equipment industry. Outside of work, she participates in barrel racing and team roping and enjoys spending time with her extensive family of animals, including her cantankerous but beloved horse, Carl.
