Larry’s been around livestock all of his life and has designed and sold equipment for more than 20 years. That carried over to his free time, being a rodeo clown and bullfighter for 18 years. Larry currently helps design equipment that makes cattlemen’s jobs safer and more efficient for their livestock.

Shannon joined MJE in 2016 as director of human resources and safety, with expertise in HR management and decision-making. She is responsible for all recruitment needs, hiring processes and our safe working conditions. Shannon’s a member of the National Safety Council and the Society for Human Resource Management.
