If there’s an innovation that makes work more efficient in the shop, Steve’s likely behind it. A welder by trade, his designs have helped improve the livestock industry for more than 30 years, with many still in use today. He’s always looking for better ways to manufacture equipment that handle livestock with less stress.

Joan is the person to see about a part. Checking orders, arranging shipping and managing inventory, she helps customers with the products they need to run their ranches. She specializes in making customers feel comfortable and excels at telling a good story – ask her about the time she delivered her grandson.

Larry’s been around livestock all of his life and has designed and sold equipment for more than 20 years. That carried over to his free time, being a rodeo clown and bullfighter for 18 years. Larry currently helps design equipment that makes cattlemen’s jobs safer and more efficient for their livestock.

Shannon joined MJE in 2016 as director of human resources and safety, with expertise in HR management and decision-making. She is responsible for all recruitment needs, hiring processes and our safe working conditions. Shannon’s a member of the National Safety Council and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Debbie’s eye for detail has been an asset in her more than 20 years’ worth of accounting experience. She joined our team two years ago, and has kept our numbers and figures on track ever since. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching movies.
