• What are your hours of operation?

  MJE Livestock Equipment is open from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday.

• How can I get in touch with MJE LE?

  Please call 620.846.6767 during our hours of operation to speak to our staff You may also email ContactUs@mjellc.net and we will reply within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Or stop by our storefront in Montezuma at 800 W. Cortez Street, Montezuma, KS 67867.

• My GPS has taken me to Cortez Street, but I don’t see MJE LE. Where are you?

  Our facilities are located just west of Montezuma. We are on the south side of Highway 56 on Cortez Street just west of Road 12.

• I’m interested in touring your facilities. Can I set up a time to bring my (self / students / staff / youth group) to visit MJE LE and learn more?

Shipping and Ordering

• What shipping options do you offer?

  Small items are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. For larger items such as posts, gates, or panels, we use a variety of LTL freight companies.

  Painted product is available to direct ship for a flat-rate fee of $1,500 in the continental United States. You may also contact our office at any time by calling 620.846.6767 to speak to order directly.

• Do you offer volume discounts?

  Yes. Most of our products can be discounted for large quantity orders. For the best rate possible, contact Joan Heeke-Cooper directly and she’ll work out a fair deal with you. Call her at 620.846.6767 or email joan@mjellc.net.

• Can I return an item I purchased from MJE Livestock Equipment?

  Yes, you can return any items not manufactured by MJE Livestock Equipment within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and you have the receipt.

• How do I return MJE Livestock Equipment manufactured items?

  For items manufactured by MJE Livestock Equipment, please contact our main office at 620-846-6767. Our staff will assist you with the return process.
