We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Team Member to join our growing team in the livestock equipment industry. If you have a passion for agriculture, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for customer service and organization, this is the role for you!
What You'll Be Doing
Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and customer inquiries
Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and invoices
Communicate with customers regarding product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules
Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, shipping, and purchasing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer data
Provide product information and support to customers and team members
Support trade shows, events, and dealer communication as needed
What You Bring to the Table
Strong customer service and communication skills
Prior experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service role (experience in agriculture or livestock industry is a plus)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks is an asset
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Team player mentality with a proactive approach
Familiarity with livestock equipment or agricultural background is a strong advantage
