Responsibilities
Work with Sales Director to identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns and inbound inquiries.Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads generated through campaignsManage walk-in and call-in salesCustomize presentations to the specific needs and customers' concernsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-upsAssist Sales Director with sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-upRequirements
Proven experience in Ag based sales or related fieldDevelop a deep understanding of company's livestock equipmentEffective communication with MJE managementDeadline driven with an understanding of schedule fluctuationResolving quality-related issues while adhering to deadlinesQuality work produced with a high degree of accuracyMaintain production standards Work independentlyReliable attendanceKnowledge of and adherence to MJE LE company policies & procedures Expectations
