Inside Sales Representative

The Role

MJE Livestock Equipment is a leading company in the livestock equipment industry. We’re now hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help us grow. If you’re excited to become part of a winning team, MJE LE is a perfect place to get ahead.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales Director to identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads generated through campaigns
  • Manage walk-in and call-in sales
  • Customize presentations to the specific needs and customers' concerns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups
  • Assist Sales Director with sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in Ag based sales or related field
  • Develop a deep understanding of company's livestock equipment
  • Effective communication with MJE management
  • Deadline driven with an understanding of schedule fluctuation
  • Resolving quality-related issues while adhering to deadlines
  • Quality work produced with a high degree of accuracy
  • Maintain production standards
  • Work independently
  • Reliable attendance
  • Knowledge of and adherence to MJE LE company policies & procedures
  • Expectations
