Project Oversight: Direct construction crews on-site to ensure work progresses according to plansReporting: Prepare and submit detailed project status reports to project managers and stakeholdersCost Management: Monitor job costing and budget adherence for the assigned projectMaterial Coordination: Ensure timely delivery and efficient management of construction materialsSafety and Quality: Maintain a high standard of safety and quality on the construction siteTeam Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure project goals are met
Construction Expertise: Previous experience in construction or construction management is preferred.Technical Skills: Familiarity with construction processes and equipment. Communication: Strong communication skills to report project status effectively.Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.Degree: A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus. Bilingual: Bilingual candidates are preferred.
