The Role
At MJE, LLC, our Field Engineers/Site Coordinators are integral to the successful execution of our large-scale construction projects. They serve as the bridge between on-site operations and project stakeholders. This dynamic role involves overseeing large projects from start-to-finish, ensuring efficient on-site operations, and providing detailed reports to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Direct construction crews on-site to ensure work progresses according to plans
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed project status reports to project managers and stakeholders
- Cost Management: Monitor job costing and budget adherence for the assigned project
- Material Coordination: Ensure timely delivery and efficient management of construction materials
- Safety and Quality: Maintain a high standard of safety and quality on the construction site
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure project goals are met
Requirements
- Construction Expertise: Previous experience in construction or construction management is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with construction processes and equipment.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to report project status effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.
- Degree: A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
- Bilingual: Bilingual candidates are preferred.
