Please read through these items carefully to understand how the process of lead submission and payout works.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you’re approved, MJE assigns you to a stocking dealer (if one exists in your region).
You’ll receive an introduction email connecting you directly.

If your area doesn’t currently have a dealer, you’ll operate under MJE HQ until one is appointed.

A qualified lead must include:

  • Confirmed interest in MJE equipment
  • Operation type & herd size
  • Discussed budget range
  • Discussed purchase timeline
  • Full contact info
  • At least 3 of the 5 qualification boxes checked on the Lead Submission Form

If it’s not qualified, it doesn’t count toward commission.

Because that’s how you:

  • Secure credit for the lead
  • Trigger dealer/MJE follow-up
  • Get tracked for commission
  • Avoid lost conversations in texts, calls, or Facebook messages

If it’s not logged, it doesn’t exist.

You can share dealer-approved ballpark ranges or visible online retail prices for anchoring the conversation.
You cannot:

  • Quote final pricing
  • Offer discounts
  • Negotiate anything

Only the assigned dealer or MJE Sales can finalize pricing.

You earn 5% of the final sale price of any qualifying MJE Livestock Equipment sale you initiate and log.
MJE pays commissions quarterly, and Accounting issues a 1099 at year-end.

Once the dealer (or MJE) closes the sale, it appears in the next quarterly commission cycle.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your lead has officially closed.

Trailblazers in open territories may request demo equipment.

  • Starts at $500/month
  • Based on approval and availability
  • Equipment must be returned in good condition

You can use any of the following MJE-approved tools:

  • One-sheets
  • Layouts
  • Product photos
  • Videos

Do not create your own brochures or pricing sheets unless approved by Marketing.

That’s normal.
Your job is to stay connected and keep the conversation warm.
The dealer will handle pricing and closing — you’re the credibility, not the closer.

You’ll be assigned one dealer for your territory.
If your area is unassigned, you’ll work directly with MJE until a dealer is added.

MJE will evaluate your performance and either:

  • Reassign you under the new dealer, or
  • Transition your role based on regional needs

You’ll be notified in advance.
