Diesel Mechanic

The Role

MJE Diesel Mechanics are integral parts of the job chain. Our mechanics have the opportunity to work on heavy equipment such as Excavators, Water Trucks, Scrapers, Packers, Tractors, SkyTrax, Backhoes, and Skid-loaders, just to name a few.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair of gasoline and diesel engine powered heavy equipment

Minor repairs to complete overhauls of heavy construction equipment

Requirements

Must be willing to travel

Basic mechanical knowledge including electrical & hydraulics

Expectations

Reliable attendance

Quality work completed efficiently & safely

Maintain production standards

Must follow all safety policies & procedures

Follow detailed instructions

Work independently as part of a team

Knowledge of and adherence to MJE and MJE LE policies & procedures
